“My primary clinical
interest is in the evaluation of suspected and known
gastrointestinal cancers. This involves assisting medical
oncologists, surgical oncologists, and radiologists with the
diagnosis and staging of these tumors so that further
clinical decisions can be made promptly. My secondary
interest involves screening for gastrointestinal cancers.
This includes screening for colon cancer, which is the third
most common cancer in both men and women and second leading
cause of death from cancer in the Unites States. I have a
commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and
providing cost-effective medical care to all of my
patients.”
