Online Bill Pay Has Changed!



ADC Online Bill pay is now bundled into ADC e-Access

What does this mean for you?

  • You can pay your bill online from inside your e-Access account.
  • There is no need to create a second username and password to pay online. Simply login to your e-Access account and make an online payment.
  • Your account balance is updated daily.
  • You can view your statement balance as well as individual invoices.
  • You can make a payment to your account or select and pay on individual invoices.
  • When you make a payment, your account online account balance is updated as soon as your payment is processed by ADC (usually the next business day).
  • You can make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.

Please note: If you have a recurring payment set-up with our previous credit card processor (Velocity Payment Systems) and you need to access it, click here. This link will take you to the Velocity website where you can log-in and manage your recurring payment arrangements.


Signing Up for e-Access

If you have not registered for ADC e-Access, you will need to do so to access the ability to see and pay on your account. In addition to the access to see your billing information, by creating an e-Access account you can also:

  • Send a message to your doctor's office via "Ask A Nurse"
  • Request, view, cancel, reschedule an appointment
  • Change personal information, such as address, phone number, insurance information
  • Receive notifications of important ADC information, updates or medical alerts

To create your e-Access account, click here. You will be sent to the e-Access login/registration page where you can complete the registration process.

If you already have an ADC e-Access account, simply login to your ADC e-Access account and click "Billing" and then "View or pay account." Follow the simple on-screen instructions to pay your bill online.

Is the website safe and secure?

Yes. We are committed to online security to provide you with peace of mind when you pay your bill online. To ensure the security of your account information, the website uses 128-bit SSL encryption. The bill payment website is hosted by Velocity Payment Systems and Bank of America, two leaders in online electronic payments.

When will my payment be credited to my account?

You will receive confirmation of your payment as soon as you make it. Your payment will be posted by ADC the next business day. You will receive an e-mail from ADC confirming that the payment has been posted.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

I can't remember my password.
